PRESERVATION

Our 26 homeowners contribute every year to the Broadacres HOA to ensure our Live Oaks, Esplanades and Park are carefully maintained. The Broadacres Common Properties Committee works hard to carefully prune and fertilize our trees annually.

We also delight in the Yellow-Crowned Night Herons, Black-Crowned Night Herons and Great Egrets that seasonally take up residence in our trees. We ask visitors of these common properties to respect them as their own.
