Texas Pride Disposal is our trash and recycling collector. Trash pick up is Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is early morning on Fridays.

No trash or recycling on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Trash services are included in Broadacres HOA annual dues.

Boulevard Oaks Civic Association (BOCA) was founded in 1980 to provide an effective umbrella civic association for a number of niche neighborhoods, including Broadacres. Since 1980, the entity of the neighborhood of Boulevard Oaks was established, and the area has become increasingly familiar to Houstonians. The name was borrowed from the Boulevard Oaks Ladies Club, a longstanding neighborhood institution. 

Broadacres HOA annual dues do not include individual membership to BOCA. Visit BOCA’s website to join.

Since 1985, the Southampton/Boulevard Oaks Patrol Service has been providing private patrol coverage in the Boulevard Oaks, Southampton Place and Southampton Place Extension neighborhoods as well as other small communities in the contiguous area. The Patrol Service was incorporated in 1989 and is managed by a board of directors consisting of 5 community members.

BOCA Patrol’s services are included in Broadacres HOA annual dues.
